Hello beautiful soul

Women are NOT designed to be the same every day.

Yet the world expects us to show up, lead, and perform as if we are.

Lisa Weinhold from The Bare Female put it PERFECTLY:

Read that again.

Women are cyclical beings.

Our energy, confidence, and creativity naturally shift throughout the month…

…And yet, we’re still expected to show up with the same energy, the same productivity levels, the same leadership style every single day.

No wonder so many of us feel exhausted, disconnected, and burnt out.

💡 What if instead of resisting these natural shifts, we worked with them?

💡 What if we stopped calling ourselves inconsistent and started seeing our rhythm as an advantage?

💡 What if our greatest leadership strength was in honoring our own cycles?

Over the past couple of weeks, I had so many DMs from women saying:

"I talk about how my cycle impacts my work with other women all the time."

And I knew I had to create something powerful in response.

That’s why I’m hosting a FREEEEEEE masterclass to share the foundations of cyclical leadership.

From striving to thriving | Harness your true power as a Woman...

Eventbrite - Ruth Penfold presents From striving to thriving | Harness your true power as a Woman Who Leads - Thursday, 27 February 2025 ...

www.eventbrite.co.uk

This is how the women in the Bloom community who have already heard some of these concepts reacted:

“OMG the things you are bringing are on another level! I have been telling my friends all about it and it all resonates - it is about time someone took this to the work sphere!”
“I LOVE what you're doing with these concepts. I’ve never seen anything like it in a professional setting. Feels like a huge evolution.”
“The link to cyclicality is so interesting. My friends and I talk about this all the time—we’re all struggling at work because of changing hormones. Businesses might be talking more about menopause, but this is so much bigger than that.”
“I hear people in the fitness world talk about cycle syncing, but I’ve never seen anyone using it as a tool for women in the workplace. This is ahead of the game.”

All women (and curious men) are welcome. The session will be recorded also.

📅 Join me LIVE on Thursday 27th February at 4pm UK time / 11am EST

✨ The four career archetypes (you are going to LOVE THEM)

✨ Why working against your energy is what’s holding you back

✨ How to harness your strengths at every phase

And here’s what I know for sure…

Once you learn this, you’ll never look at leadership the same way again.

Once you see your seasons, you’ll stop fighting yourself and start thriving.

Once you understand how to work with your power instead of against it, everything shifts.

This is the knowledge we should have been given from day one.

You in?

Yes please, save my spot and send me the recording.

Rooting for you always

Ruth x

Ps. Here's me on IG talking about it last week...

The identities we survive vs the ones we choose ✨
Hello beautiful soul If you've been with me for a while, hello old friend. And if you are new here, WELCOME. Each week, I write to explore the gap so many women experience between who they are and who they feel they need to be in order to succeed at work and in life. Sometimes that gap shows up as exhaustion. Sometimes as self-doubt. Sometimes as success that still doesn’t feel right. This wee...
Is seeking men's validation embarrasing now? 🙃
Hello beautiful soul Recently, the article titled Is Having a Boyfriend Embarrassing Now? went viral. I am pretty sure most people heard about it.  You can have your own view on it. Plenty of people do. But the part that landed for me wasn’t really about boyfriends. It was about performance. Women are becoming allergic to the performance of being chosen. Which raises the next question. If havi...
I am a woman of a "certain rage" and I think you might be too 😏
Hello beautiful soul I’m a woman of a "certain rage" — and it’s one of the biggest reasons I trust myself so deeply now. Not the kind of rage that burns everything down indiscriminately. Not the kind that leaks sideways into self-doubt or shame. The kind of rage that comes after captivity. After silence. After being told—explicitly and implicitly—to stay small, stay grateful, stay agreeable. The ...
