Hello beautiful soul

Let’s talk about Ruth Bader Ginsburg — aka the SUPER cool RBG.

RBG wasn’t just a trailblazer — she was a game-changer. A woman who reshaped the very fabric of law in America. She was one of only nine women in a class of over 500 men at Harvard Law School.

Against all odds, she became one of the most powerful figures in the fight for justice, gender equality, and women’s rights.

But here’s the thing — RBG didn’t just navigate the system; she redefined it.

This weekend, I had the blessing of visiting Harvard, and I couldn’t help but think of her. As I walked through the campus, I felt the energy of women who have transformed systems that were never built for them. These diverse, fierce, visionary women didn’t just navigate the world — they changed it. I was standing amongst the trailblazers of tomorrow.

But here’s the hard truth: admiring these women from afar isn’t enough.

We must BE them.

We must lead.

Stay with me on this one...

I wasn’t alone on this trip. I was with Tia Raskin, a brilliant woman I’m thrilled to call my soul sister. She was also part of the very first leadership accelerator I created for women. Tia, a Harvard alum, has an extraordinary background — an incredible attorney with a pedigree that’s unquestionable. But even with her credentials, she questioned whether she truly wanted to lead.

Tia authentically followed her curiosities, which led her away from law and into acting. But life, as it often does, wove its magic and brought her back into the legal world. She was given the chance to lead a team, and although she initially resisted, today, she’s an INCREDIBLE leader.

Tia’s story is a reminder that leadership doesn’t always look how we expect it to. For MOST women, it's not about titles or credentials — it’s about stepping into the leadership energy that’s uniquely ours, and following our curiosities, even when we don’t have all the answers. Even when it looks like we’re exploring paths that don’t make sense at the time.

I get it though — the weight of it all. The fear. The resistance. The exhaustion of constantly feeling like we’re fighting uphill.

But let me tell you something: now is the time. This is our moment.

We’ve been told for far too long that it’s not our time. That we need to wait. That we need to shrink, to be more palatable, to stay in our lane. That it’s easier to let someone else lead. But we are the ones who will define the future. The world is watching as women’s rights and rights of our trans sisters (and brothers), are under attack. We cannot remain silent.

We cannot stand by while women are losing autonomy over their bodies, and others are denied rights and protections, while systems built on inequality continue to thrive.

We have no time to wait.

It’s time to stand up. To rise. To lead, even when we don’t feel like it. Even when we doubt ourselves. Even when the resistance is loud.

Because here’s the truth: we must lead ourselves right now.

I’m calling on you today to step into your power. To stop shrinking. To stop waiting for permission. To step forward with the courage, confidence, and clarity that the world needs right now.

If the women who walked through life before us — like RBG — could push through, we can too. If Tia could follow her curiosities and lead a team with confidence, so can YOU.

We owe it to ourselves, to each other, and to the generations who are watching us. We are the system changers. And the world needs us to lead.

We don’t need to have it all figured out. But we DO need to choose to lead. And that choice starts now.

The next cohort of Women Who Lead starts June 10th, and the waitlist opens THIS THURSDAY, look out for the email 👀

This is OUR moment.

Hello beautiful soul Where are you still leaving parts of yourself outside the room?Which whispers of your soul are you still overriding to fit the story? I’ve been thinking about that a lot lately—especially as I found a copy of my first ever logo in a forgotten Dropbox account. It was made for me by my friend Louis Masai, an incredible artist I was managing at the time, because from 2012 to...

Hello beautiful soul “In the first week I knew the environment wasn’t right for me… but I told myself I should give it more time.” A woman said that to me this past week, and it stopped me in my tracks—because I’ve heard it so many times before. Not just in work. In love. In life. I’ve even said it myself. Eighteen months ago, my life looked full and vibrant. I’d moved to America. I believed...
