Spring is rising — and so are you 🌱

Hello beautiful soul

You are not just one thing. You carry all of her.

The Four Archetypes—The Visionary, The Explorer, The Creator, and The Alchemist—map onto the natural rhythms of our bodies, guiding us through different phases of power, rest, action, and reflection. When we understand and work with these cycles, we unlock sustainable leadership, deeper self-trust, and greater impact. We have:

🌑 The Visionary (Winter) – The Wise One. A time of deep rest, reflection, and intuition. This phase calls for honoring stillness, setting intentions, and allowing insights to emerge.

🌒 The Explorer (Spring) – The Curious One. Energy returns, confidence grows, and momentum builds. This is a time to play, explore, and say yes to new opportunities.

🌕 The Creator (Summer) – The Magnetic One. At your peak, you’re radiating confidence, power, and creativity. This is the time to lead, create, and amplify your influence.

🌖 The Alchemist (Autumn) – The Truth Teller. The most revealing phase, where your intuition is heightened, and you see through what no longer serves you. A time to refine, let go, and prepare for transformation.

Right now, you may feel the rising energy of the Explorer.

The pulse of spring. The return of light. The part of you that says yes — to movement, to new ideas, to the possibility of more.

And yet, you may also feel a quiet ache for rest. A craving for steadiness. A sensitivity to how the world meets you. A fear of being too much, too soon, too visible.

This is the dance of the feminine archetypes within us — always shifting, always offering us new ways to see ourselves.

You are not just one thing.
You are a cycle.
You are the whole spectrum of becoming.

Spring exists to remind us that everything can begin again.

After a long season of stillness, of inner work, of holding it all together — something is stirring. The light is returning. The air is shifting. The ground is warming. And deep in your bones, you can feel it:

A desire to move.
To stretch.
To discover.
To rise.

Right now, we are in the season of the Explorer.

This is the season of becoming. Of shedding what has settled on your skin through the long winter and remembering the pulse of aliveness that’s always been within you.

The Explorer archetype is the part of you that leads with curiosity over certainty. She’s not interested in performing or proving — she’s here to feel, to follow, to find. She doesn’t need a perfect plan. She trusts the path will form beneath her feet.

She is your spring energy — wild, fresh, awakening. Not rushing, but rising

What it means to be in the season of the Explorer

  1. You'll have a more adventurous spirit. It is time to break out of your comfort zone, try fresh ideas, and chase exciting experiences.
  2. This is a time to seek new opportunities and uncover potentials that align with your passions.
  3. Like the burst of spring, this energy is inviting you to explore the unknown and embrace change.

The blessings of the season?

You feel confident and playful.
Every new adventure builds your resilience and ignites creative solutions. Make the most of these boosts to see where they take you next.

You are ready for transformation.
This season empowers you to step into new roles and experiences that can redefine your career and life.

You are open to breakthroughs.
Your willingness to explore can lead to unexpected insights and inspiring connections. Stay open.

What to watch out for?

Focus is key.
While new opportunities are thrilling, not all of them are meant for you. Keep your eyes on what truly matters. What did you learn in your other seasons that can guide you now?

Patience is essential.
Some journeys take time — be gentle with yourself as you explore. You are planting seeds, not harvesting yet.

Go beyond the surface.
Balance your adventurous spirit with moments of reflection. The Explorer’s greatest insights often come when she pauses to look within.

How to nourish yourself in the Explorer season

And you get to begin again.

Rooting for you always

"I don't even think I want to lead" - said ALL Women Who Lead (at least once 🙃)
Hello beautiful soul  I’ve been thinking about something I hear a lot. Women—brilliant, capable, high-achieving women—telling me:“I just don’t think I even want to lead.” Not because we don’t care. But because we don’t want to lead like that. Not if it means burning out, staying small, or becoming someone they’re not. And honestly? I get it. Because the data backs it up.→ 76% of high-performing...
Imposter syndrome is a LIE 🫡
Hello beautiful soul Let’s talk about that feeling. The one that creeps in when you're in the room, at the table, in the spotlight — and a voice inside whispers: “You don’t belong here.” You start scanning the room for someone more qualified, more confident, more “leader-like.”You wonder when they’ll realise you’re winging it. You work harder. You push through. You smile. But the ...
The revolution starts with women who choose to lead ❤️‍🔥
Hello beautiful soul Let’s talk about Ruth Bader Ginsburg — aka the SUPER cool RBG. RBG wasn’t just a trailblazer — she was a game-changer. A woman who reshaped the very fabric of law in America. She was one of only nine women in a class of over 500 men at Harvard Law School. Against all odds, she became one of the most powerful figures in the fight for justice, gender equality, and women’s...
