I actually can't believe how amazing this is 🤩

Hello beautiful soul
Last week another “no” landed in my inbox.
A corporate client declining to invest in a women’s programme.
And for a moment, I let myself sink. I sat on the floor and felt it.
Because this fight—for women, for all of us—is hard right now.
But then something MAGICAL happened.
I was sitting with the phenomenal founder Hannah Grinsted, sharing what’s unfolding inside Women Who Lead. And without a pause she said:
“I’ll cover half for one woman in your next cohort.”
No pitch. No persuasion. Just a woman saying: I believe in this. I believe in her. I believe in us.
So this week, I offered a 50% sponsored place for the program starting September 24th to a woman on the waitlist who had been eager to join but hadn't been able to secure funding. How AMAZING is that?
That means we have just ONE SPOT left. If you want it to be yours, hit reply and let's talk.
[Side note: If you have been sitting back, worrying about cost, please hit reply and let me know also. I may decided to work on a lower cost option.]
This is what women do: we lift each other up.
And listen, Women Who Lead WORKS.
We’re only halfway through the very first full cohort. And already:
-
One woman has been promoted into the C-suite.
-
Another stepped into an executive role—more money, more balance, more power.
-
One woman took a sabbatical and is finally finding her true voice, sharing her heart on her terms.
-
Another pivoted from employee to founder of her own business.
-
Two more have stepped into brand new roles, growing in every sense.
That’s 6 out of 8 women making major breakthroughs in less than three months. The other two? Still shifting every week.
This is humbling. It’s confirming. It’s powerful.
And it tells me something I’ve always known: when women invest in themselves, extraordinary things happen.
But when women invest in other women... BOOM.
The Sisterhood we create together IS a big part of what makes all of those breakthroughs possible.
My company is called Bloom for a reason.
A superbloom happens after a season of heavy rain.
I first heard about it when California experienced one a couple of years back. Dormant seeds that had waited underground for years suddenly burst into life—wild, vivid, unstoppable.
Here’s the thing: the perfect superbloom only comes after a long season of wild imperfection.
Do you see what I’m getting at?
It doesn’t happen every year. It takes a rare set of challenging conditions to make it possible. The earth. The elements. Everything that moves the seeds around and cracks them open in a whole new way.
And when I look back at my own career, that’s exactly what I see.
Rain seasons. Struggle. Shrinking. Saying yes when I meant no.
And then—the superbloom.
The leap into a role with a ÂŁ30,000 pay rise and a four-day week.
Quietly cooking the BLOOM method I now teach—without even realising it.
That’s what’s happening inside Women Who Lead right now.
Also, I don't want to leave you without hope, some companies are still investing.
Over the past months, I’ve had the privilege of delivering Women Who Lead to the women at OnSecurity—leaders showing up with courage, honesty, fire.
That’s because Alan Wilson chose to invest in women when too many others are stepping away.
He recognises empowerment isn’t a “nice-to-have.”
It’s the future of leadership.
Because when women rise, companies don’t just survive.
They thrive.
Back to you, dear sister, if you’re in a rain season right now, wondering when it’s your turn—this is it.
We start September 24th. Six months of strategy, truth, and sisterhood that won’t let you shrink. Hit reply and let's talk. There is ONE SPOT left.
The world may not always invest in us.
But we can. And we ARE.
Rooting for you always

Ps. One of my superpowers? Helping humans play the Game of Thrones of the workplace without leaving themselves behind.
Yes, the game is rigged. But you don’t have to sell your soul to win it.
That’s why I’m opening a new monthly Ask Me Anything—Play the Game of Thrones—inside my private community.
The first one is Monday, September 29th at 11am EST.
