Remember who the f*$% you are + own your power

A self-guided short course designed to help you reconnect with who you really are — and start showing up from that place with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

This isn’t about becoming louder, tougher, or more polished.
It’s about becoming aligned.

When you know what’s true for you — what you believe, what you value, and what you bring — everything else becomes easier. Decisions get cleaner. Boundaries strengthen. Confidence stops being something you perform and starts being something you feel.

This work is the foundation of all the work I do inside Women Who Lead. It’s where we slow down, strip things back, and rebuild from truth.

You’ll move through it at your own pace, in clear, simple stages, and come out with a grounded sense of self you can trust — at work and beyond.

Authenticity isn’t about oversharing or “being yourself” without discernment.
It’s about internal alignment.

When you’re out of alignment, it shows up as:

  • second-guessing yourself

  • people-pleasing or over-functioning

  • shrinking or over-proving

  • making choices that don’t quite fit

When you’re aligned, self-trust becomes your baseline.
That’s what this work builds.

Inside this short course you will:

1. Finding your truth
We start by slowing down and tuning back into what’s actually true for you — not what you’ve absorbed, inherited, or learned to perform.

2. The case file of excellence
You’ll build a grounded, evidence-based sense of self-belief by documenting your real strengths, capabilities, and impact — not inflated confidence, but earned self-esteem.

3. Beliefs and how they shape your behaviour
You’ll uncover the beliefs you’re carrying about yourself, success, and leadership — and see how they quietly influence how you show up, speak, and decide.

4. Defining your values
You’ll clarify the values that genuinely matter to you (not aspirational ones) and learn how to use them as a compass for decisions, boundaries, and direction.

By the end, you’ll have a clear internal framework you can return to again and again — especially when things feel noisy or uncertain.

This is quiet, powerful work — and it changes how you lead.

This is a low-cost, self-paced short course designed to give you a genuine entry point into the work — without pressure, overwhelm, or commitment to anything else.
