We move at a pace that allows insight to land — and change to stick.

  • Kick-off diagnostic session (90 minutes)
    A deep exploration of where you are now, what’s misaligned, and what wants to change.

  • 6 Ă— 90-minute private coaching sessions across 12 weeks
    Space to explore identity, leadership patterns, decisions, boundaries, and direction.

  • Between-session support
    For integration, reflection, and real-time application.

  • Tools, scripts, and frameworks
    To support communication, decision-making, and leadership in the real world.

  • Optional 6-month extension
    For leaders ready to deepen the work further ($9,800).
