You ARE the blueprint ✨

Hello beautiful soul

I spend a lot of time reflecting on what makes women quite as special as we are, and our innate connection to nature through our cyclicality is right up there.

One of the biggest lies we are sold is that we are supposed to be consistent. Linear. Predictable. Always the same version of ourselves.

But that has never been true for women, it's simply not our reality.

We move through phases.
Through identities.
Through cycles that shape us — biologically, emotionally, spiritually.

And yet, culturally, we’re taught to hide them.

To minimise the shifts.
To resent the transitions.
To pretend nothing is changing when everything inside us is evolving.

I write this to you as a perimenopausal almost 46 year old woman currently experimenting with HRT, embarking on one of our sacred shifts.

And I’ll be honest — it has been confronting, illuminating, humbling, and deeply powerful all at once.

Because when your body begins to change, it asks you questions you cannot ignore.

Who are you now?
What matters now?
What are you ready to release?
What is asking to be born next?

And the more I sit with this season, the more convinced I become that we don’t honour the seasons of women nearly enough.

Not the physical ones.
Not the emotional ones.
Not the spiritual initiations that shape our lives.

So today, I want to share the four archetypal seasons I see again and again — in myself, in the women I work with, and in the journeys we all move through in different ways.

The Explorer. The Creator. The Alchemist. The Visionary.

Not fixed identities. Not boxes.

[Side note: I created a free training on our cyclicatity as women, in case you want to dive deeper, grab it here.]

But energies we move through, revisit, and redefine throughout our lives.

The Explorer is the beginning.

Curious. Open. Searching for belonging.

This is the season where we ask: Who am I? What is possible? Where do I fit?

Sometimes it happens when we’re young.
Sometimes after a breakup.
A career change.
A relocation.
A spiritual awakening.

The Explorer doesn’t have answers yet — and that’s her power.

She allows herself to see differently.

The Creator is where life begins to take form.

And yes — this can include motherhood.

But it is not limited to motherhood.

The Creator is any season where we bring something into being.

A child. A business. A new identity. A body of work. A vision that didn’t exist before.

And here’s something I want to say clearly, especially for the mothers reading this, and tenderly for those of us who didn't get to enter our season of motherhood in this life:

When a woman becomes a mother, she does not simply give birth to a child. She undergoes matrescence — a profound psychological, emotional, and neurological transition into a new identity.

It is not just an event. It is a becoming.

And yet, most women are given almost no language or support for that transformation.

We celebrate the baby.
We rarely honour the rebirth of the woman.

The Creator season asks: Who am I becoming as I bring life forward?

And for many women — especially those with ambition, intellect, and deep devotion — the tension becomes real.

How do I hold both?

How do I mother without disappearing?
How do I lead without abandoning my softness?
How do I pursue ambition without losing connection to what matters most?

These are not contradictions. They are invitations.

And this is exactly what we’re going to explore together on February 26th in a free session for this community at 11am EST/4pm UK time. Simply hit reply and say ME and I will add you to the calendar invite.

I’ll be joined by Marcela Oguntoye, who is creating a phenomenal session on blending motherhood with ambition — not as competing identities, but as energies that can coexist and expand each other.

Because there is no single identity you must fit into.

You get to create your own.

The Alchemist is the season of transformation.

Where things that once worked stop working.
Where the mask becomes too heavy to carry.
Where life asks you to transmute pain into wisdom.

Sometimes this arrives through crisis.
Sometimes through awakening.
Sometimes quietly, when you realise you can no longer live in ways that once felt acceptable.

The Alchemist doesn’t seek comfort. She seeks truth.

And through that truth, she changes everything.

And then there is the Visionary.

The season where clarity emerges.

Where experience becomes perspective.
Where leadership shifts from proving to embodying.

The Visionary is not detached from life. She is deeply rooted in it.

She sees patterns. She trusts herself.
She moves from alignment rather than urgency.

And here’s the truth I want to leave you with.

These seasons are not linear.

You don’t graduate from one into another permanently.

You will be Explorer in one area of your life while being Visionary in another.
You may revisit Creator energy again and again in different forms.

Monthly.
Yearly.
Across decades.

Regardless of which season you find yourself in — biologically, emotionally, spiritually — YOU get to write your own story.

Not the story culture hands you.
Not the story patriarchy scripts for you.

Your story.

And you do not have to get it perfect. You just have to stay curious.

YOU are the blueprint.

If this stirred something in you, I would love you to join us on February 26th for the session with Marcela. Reply now and simply say ME and I will share all the details.

We’ll be diving into what it really looks like to blend motherhood with ambition — safely, honestly, and expansively.

Because you don’t have to choose between the parts of yourself that matter.

Rooting for you always
Ruth x

This feels both ridiculously obvious and quietly radical 🔥
Hello beautiful soul This feels both ridiculously obvious and quietly radical to say, but the real flex for women isn’t just learning to love ourselves. It’s learning to really love WOMAN. Stay with me on this. Because self-love is everywhere right now. And yes, it matters. A LOT. We need to stop abandoning ourselves, stop shrinking ourselves, stop apologising for our existence. (heck, we need...

The women who feel they have more to bring — deep in their bones — but whose conscious mind says, I don’t want it. Not because you’re incapable. But because you’ve been watching this movie for a looooooong time. You’ve watched what leadership has looked like. You’ve watched women conto...
