The ultimate flex for 2025? A career strategy that actually works đŸ’Ș

Hello beautiful soul

Let’s be real for a second—most of us were never taught how to build a career that feels aligned, energising, and, dare I say it... fun.

Instead, we were handed outdated advice: work hard, be grateful, and hope someone eventually notices your brilliance.

(I tried and failed with that approach for about the first decade of my career, anyone else...!?)

But here’s the truth: hope is not a career strategy.

If you want to step into your power as a leader, get paid what you’re worth, and build a career that actually excites you—you need a new approach. And that’s exactly what I’m going to show you in my free two-part masterclass series, 'From Striving to Thriving'.

There are two parts to this series:

  1. How to harness the power of your true nature and inner seasons—all about your cyclicality as a woman, and how to work into your full potential at work.

  2. Leading and living an aligned career on your terms—that means you actually create a clear roadmap for the next 12 months by the end of session two!

Say no more Penfold, I am there

I’ve spoken a bit about the power of cyclicality already in this newsletter, so here’s some of what you need to know about strategy:

  1. My career shifted when I got strategic and yours will too.

The word strategy used to trip me up. When people spoke about strategy, I would worry about if I was going to have enough experience and credibility to create one.

In case that’s you, know this—strategy is simply having a plan. You know how to plan, you know how to do strategy.

  1. Most women don’t set a strategy with a specific end game in mind.

Real talk. Most of us don’t really care about set job titles. We care more about getting to be all of who we are, and how we are going to feel. This strategy gets you to both of those outcomes.

Here’s what we know about today’s employment landscape:
→ Companies are looking for leaders, not just employees—people who can think strategically, influence with confidence, and lead with ease.
→ The workforce is changing, and the most successful women will be those who know how to work with their energy, not against it.
→ Your career is not a straight line—learning how to navigate pivots, seasons, and shifts is your biggest advantage.

So, how do you ensure you’re not just going with the flow but actually designing a career that works for you?

Introducing: The two career masterclasses you actually need, to move from Striving to Thriving.

Masterclass one | From Striving to Thriving: How to harness the power of your true nature and inner seasons
Date: Tuesday March 25th
Time: 4pm UK / 12pm EST (daylight savings in US), LIVE via Zoom

What you’ll learn:
→ The four leadership archetypes and how to tap into your natural strengths.
→ How your energy shifts throughout the month—and how to leverage it for success.
→ Why burnout isn’t a badge of honour and how to build a career that feels sustainable.

Masterclass two | From Striving to Thriving: Leading and living an aligned career on your terms
Date: Tuesday April 1st
Time: 4pm UK / 11am EST, LIVE via Zoom

What you’ll learn:
→ The five career freedoms and how to claim them.
→ How to overcome imposter syndrome and build influence without burnout.
→ The Bloom Method—my proven strategy to accelerate your career while staying true to yourself.

Most women I coach have been conditioned to believe they need to work harder to succeed. But the women who actually thrive? They have a strategy.

This masterclass series will help you:
đŸ”„ Understand how to lead in alignment with your energy.
đŸ”„ Make confident career moves without second-guessing yourself.
đŸ”„ Step into your next level of leadership—without burnout.

This isn’t just about getting ahead—it’s about building a career that feels like home. It’s about owning your value, leading with confidence, and creating success on your terms.

Oh and even better, I’ll be giving away a free 1:1 coaching session to one lucky live attendee who comes to both sessions. And don't worry, I'll make sure you get the recording, even if you can't make it live.

So the only question left is—are you in?

Let’s make 2025 the year you stop waiting and start owning your career.

Rooting for you always

"I don't even think I want to lead" - said ALL Women Who Lead (at least once 🙃)
Hello beautiful soul  I’ve been thinking about something I hear a lot. Women—brilliant, capable, high-achieving women—telling me:“I just don’t think I even want to lead.” Not because we don’t care. But because we don’t want to lead like that. Not if it means burning out, staying small, or becoming someone they’re not. And honestly? I get it. Because the data backs it up.→ 76% of high-performing...
Imposter syndrome is a LIE đŸ«Ą
Hello beautiful soul Let’s talk about that feeling. The one that creeps in when you're in the room, at the table, in the spotlight — and a voice inside whispers: “You don’t belong here.” You start scanning the room for someone more qualified, more confident, more “leader-like.”You wonder when they’ll realise you’re winging it. You work harder. You push through. You smile. But the ...
The revolution starts with women who choose to lead â€ïžâ€đŸ”„
Hello beautiful soul Let’s talk about Ruth Bader Ginsburg — aka the SUPER cool RBG. RBG wasn’t just a trailblazer — she was a game-changer. A woman who reshaped the very fabric of law in America. She was one of only nine women in a class of over 500 men at Harvard Law School. Against all odds, she became one of the most powerful figures in the fight for justice, gender equality, and women’s...
