Hello beautiful soul

Last week, multiple women told me this: “I talk about how my cycle impacts my work with other women all the time.”

Don’t get me wrong… I KNEW that this topic is important.

But I didn’t know HOW much.

You see - plot reveal - it’s one of the key areas I talk about in Bloom 3.0, the foundation of the new and improved Bloom method.

Women truly are cyclical beings—it is literally wired into our nature.

Throughout history, however, our natural rhythms as women were often misunderstood and even demonised or burned.

In the Middle Ages and early modern period, women who were deeply connected to cycles and their intuition, even Midwives, were accused of witchcraft. These accusations were not only a way to control women but also a means of explaining natural cycles and behaviours that didn’t fit the rigid norms of the time—the patriarchal systems that were emerging.

Consider the word “lunatic” for a moment, which derives from the Latin lunaticus, meaning “moonstruck.” This etymology reflects an old belief that the phases of the moon could affect mental stability—an idea that unfairly linked women’s cyclical nature to irrationality.

Similarly, the term “hysteria” comes from the Greek word hystera, meaning “uterus.” For centuries, women’s natural emotional and physical changes were medicalised and pathologised, reinforcing the notion that our cycles were something to be fixed or hidden rather than embraced.

But now, dear sister, is the time to take that power back.

Instead of rejecting this precious gift within ourselves, what if we embraced it as our secret superpower?

Imagine understanding that your energy, leadership, and creativity move in cycles, mirroring the phases of the moon and the seasons of nature. Each phase is a source of strength and wisdom, inviting you to tap into different parts of yourself.

Okay, let me share a little about how I am bringing this to life in Bloom 3.0 as I think it will help you start to see how that works.

There are four archetypes in Bloom 3.0 that also map to the different parts of your cycle—The Visionary, The Explorer, The Creator, and The Alchemist. They align with the natural rhythms of our bodies and the seasons of our lives, guiding us through different phases of power, rest, action, and reflection.

When we understand and work with these cycles, we unlock sustainable leadership, deeper self-trust, and greater impact.

I am way too excited not to start sharing these archetypes, so here is a little taster.

🌑 The Visionary (Winter) – The Wise One. A time of deep rest, reflection, and intuition.

🌒 The Explorer (Spring) – The Curious One. Energy returns, confidence grows, and momentum builds.

🌕 The Creator (Summer) – The Magnetic One. At your peak, you’re radiating confidence, power, and creativity.

🌖 The Alchemist (Autumn) – The Truth Teller. The most revealing phase, where your intuition is heightened, and you see through what no longer serves you.

This information is essential for women.

I’m so excited to invite you to the first installment of a brand-new workshop series designed for women who are ready to step into their next level of leadership—without burnout.

In this session, we’ll dive into:

✨ The four career archetypes – how to harness your natural strengths for sustainable success.
✨ Your leadership energy – understanding when you're at your most powerful and how to work with your energy, not against it.

📅 LIVE on Thursday 27th February at 4pm UK time/11am EST

So often, we push ourselves to operate at full capacity year-round, ignoring the natural ebbs and flows of our energy. But true leadership isn’t about constant output—it’s about knowing when to rest, when to build, when to create, and when to refine.

When you honour these cycles, you:

✨ Make better, more aligned decisions
✨ Maximise your creative power
✨ Build a leadership style rooted in flow, not force

By reclaiming and celebrating our cyclical nature, instead of hiding or denying this intrinsic part of who we are, we step into a fuller, more authentic expression of ourselves.

It is the time to take our power back.

Rooting for you always

"I don't even think I want to lead" - said ALL Women Who Lead (at least once 🙃)
Hello beautiful soul  I’ve been thinking about something I hear a lot. Women—brilliant, capable, high-achieving women—telling me:“I just don’t think I even want to lead.” Not because we don’t care. But because we don’t want to lead like that. Not if it means burning out, staying small, or becoming someone they’re not. And honestly? I get it. Because the data backs it up.→ 76% of high-performing...
Imposter syndrome is a LIE 🫡
Hello beautiful soul Let’s talk about that feeling. The one that creeps in when you're in the room, at the table, in the spotlight — and a voice inside whispers: “You don’t belong here.” You start scanning the room for someone more qualified, more confident, more “leader-like.”You wonder when they’ll realise you’re winging it. You work harder. You push through. You smile. But the ...

Hello beautiful soul Let’s talk about Ruth Bader Ginsburg — aka the SUPER cool RBG. RBG wasn’t just a trailblazer — she was a game-changer. A woman who reshaped the very fabric of law in America. She was one of only nine women in a class of over 500 men at Harvard Law School. Against all odds, she became one of the most powerful figures in the fight for justice, gender equality, and women’s...
